Construction To Units Will Include:

Standard Units (96 units) will receive new paint and base, new Energy Star appliances, new unit ventilation systems, relamping, new window blinds and miscellaneous repairs in units as needed to comply with Housing Quality Standard requirements.

ADA Accessible Units (24 units) will receive a new layout, new entry doors, new cabinets, new countertops, new Energy Star appliances, new LED lighting, new bathroom layouts with new fixtures, new unit ventilation systems, new paint and floor coverings, relamping, relocation of emergency stations and fire protection and new window blinds.
