Travaux is currently in the process of rehabilitating Holton Terrace, a 120-unit senior housing development. Holton Terrace is being renovated using Low-Income Housing Tax Credit financing and will target households with incomes of up to 50% of Area Median Household Income. The site has undergone Rental Assistance Demonstration conversion, transitioning from Public Housing to project-based vouchers for all units. There will be 24 units remodeled to ADA compliance and standards. The remaining 96 units are being partially remodeled. Common areas are also being reworked and updated.
