The building has 120 units arrayed on eight residential floors with 15 one-bedroom units per floor. The first project is the total gutting and reconfiguration of 24 units with accessible and universal features.

The second project will be cosmetic updates of the remaining 96 units, hallways and common spaces. The residential units will have new sinks and faucets, new lighting fixtures, an eat-up counter, new cabinets and countertops, new paint, flooring and new blinds.
